Integrity, willing to put hardwork.\nProven ability to Recruit and Retain high performing RO/RM/BSMs.\nAtleast 5 years experience in leading a team of Sales Exectives, Team Leaders, with atleast 2 years of Onroll team members.\nHaving good working knowledge on Lower & Middle Income Customer Segments, having worked in similar role in an Affordable Housing or NBFC, with minimum 2 years of similar exposure.\n Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills\nAbility to Work & Deliver business targets under pressure \nWorking knowledge of Collections/ Recoveries.\nBe Accountable for
