Expertise in using powerful analysis and modelling tools to match strategic business objectives with practical technical solutions.\nProvides Training and Operational support to business units/ functional units. Should be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/ function.\nConduct data-driven analysis based on primary and secondary market research and/or customer data.\nAdjust priorities according to changes in requirements and workload.\nParticipate in testing to ensure processes/functionalities/ applications are delivering the benefits as promised in the business case.\nDocument and communicate requirements with Development team.\nCoordinate operational readiness and product launch activities.\nIdentify data requirements to be able to conduct future analytic studies in a timely and efficient manner given the needs that have arisen from previous studies.\nDrive adoption of common marketing processes and languages.\nProvide training to existing staff and demos as needed.\nInterface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/ processes through meetings and discussions.\nExecute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes.\nProvide testing feedback to technology team and monitor adherence to functional requirements.\nProvide market research and customer/market analysis.\nBring Tools and best practices followed in yours/previous organisations and provide required training on them to our staffs for the betterment of the Organisation.\n\nExperience\nEducational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech, MBA\nExperience: 5 to
