The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a\nstrong technical background to identify and resolve technical issues.\nKey Responsibilities:\n? Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any technical issues they\nface.\n? Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software,\nand ensure that they are properly maintained and updated.\n? Maintain an accurate list of tickets and tasks completed while supporting\nend-users.\n? Identify common recurring issues and create a knowledge repository to help\naddress these issues.\n?
