The role involves driving end-to-end program execution, coordinating with implementation teams, ensuring timely deployment delivery, and managing technical governance across infrastructure, cloud, security, and enterprise technology projects.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in IT program management, cloud and security technologies, governance frameworks, compliance management, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires active engagement with technical teams to resolve deployment challenges, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure operational and security compliance across implemented solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProgram & Project Management\nLead and manage enterprise-wide IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security programs from initiation to closure.\nDrive project planning, execution, tracking, governance, and reporting across multiple parallel initiatives.\nCoordinate with internal implementation teams, OEMs, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of projects and deployments.\nMonitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure adherence to agreed milestones and SLAs.\nFacilitate technical discussions and decision-making to resolve deployment and implementation challenges.\nIT, Cloud & Security Governance\nEstablish governance frameworks for IT and security project implementations.\nEnsure implemented solutions align with organizational security standards, architecture principles, and compliance requirements.\nDrive access governance, risk management, and security controls across enterprise technology deployments.\nCollaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and operations teams to ensure secure and compliant implementations.\nTrack and govern project-related risks, audit observations, compliance gaps, and remediation activities.\nTechnical & Operational Coordination\nWork closely with cloud, infrastructure, network, security, and application teams to manage enterprise technology rollouts.\nSupport technical architecture reviews, deployment planning, change management, and operational readiness activities.\nEnsure operational resilience, monitoring, observability, and service continuity considerations are incorporated into projects.\nCoordinate UAT, go-live readiness, production deployment, and post-implementation governance activities.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nEngage with business stakeholders, leadership teams, technology partners, and vendors for program governance and delivery.\nConduct steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.\nManage vendor deliverables, implementation commitments, and contractual obligations.\nRisk, Compliance & Audit Management\nEnsure projects comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and audit expectations.\nSupport governance initiatives related to access controls, cloud security, data protection, and operational compliance.\nDrive closure of audit observations, risk findings, and security recommendations related to implemented projects.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in IT Program / Project Management.\nStrong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, and security transformation initiatives.\nGood understanding of: Cybersecurity frameworks and governance\nCloud infrastructure and platforms\nIT infrastructure and enterprise architecture\nAccess governance and risk management\nMonitoring, observability, and operational resilience\n\nExperience handling enterprise-scale technology deployments and cross-functional coordination.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\nITIL and Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.\n\nWorking Location- Trivandrum, Kerala.\nAbout MPT\nMuthoot’s IT Division, MPT is one of the Group Companies of Muthoot Pappachan Group.
