Check out our case studies and dive into our blog post to learn more about our culture and the exciting projects we’re working on!\nResponsibilities\nDesign the data access architecture for applications, APIs, AI agents, and MCPs on top of Databricks.\nDefine secure, reusable patterns for exposing data and capabilities (Data Services, APIs, SQL, functions, and MCP).\nImplement authentication and authorization that preserve the identity, context, and permissions of each consumer.\nIntegrate access layers with Unity Catalog, policies, masking, and governance controls.\nDesign Data Products and Data Services with clear contracts and versioning.\nEnsure traceability and auditability of users, services, agents, and the resources they query.\nIntegrate Databricks with models, agents, APIs, and internal or external platforms.\nBuild reusable components that accelerate new AI initiatives.\nDefine Data-to-AI standards together with the Architecture, Security, and Governance teams.\nWork with multiple stakeholders across the organization, translating technical decisions into clear, aligned outcomes.\n\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of experience in data platform architecture or engineering, integration, or distributed services.\nProduction experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog.\nExperience designing and implementing APIs and services using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and service principals.\nPractical knowledge of generative AI: agents, LLMs, tool/function calling, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nAbility to lead technically and define standards with high autonomy.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, working across Architecture, Security, Governance, Development, and AI teams.\nDegree in Engineering, Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.\nTechnical English skills\n\nNice to have\nExperience with AI services on Databricks.\nExperience with API Management platforms.\nExperience in data governance frameworks and tooling.\nExperience in banking, financial, or other regulated environments.\nPerks\nRemote-first cultur e - work from anywhere!\n In-Company English Lessons.\nWellhub or sports club stipend to stay active\nAWS, DBT, Google Cloud, Azure & Databricks certifications fully covered\nFood credits via Pedidos Ya - because great work deserves great food.\n Birthday off + an extra vacation week (Mutt Week!
