Check out our case studies and dive into our blog post to learn more about our culture and the exciting projects we’re working on!\nResponsibilities\nDesign and implement CI/CD for Databricks, including controlled promotion across environments.\nManage Infrastructure as Code for workspaces, permissions, compute, service principals, and policies.\nCreate reusable templates and standards for new data products and pipelines.\nAutomate the onboarding of data products, users, and services.\nImplement observability: monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational metrics.\nDefine SLOs/SLAs, retries, reprocessing, and recovery mechanisms.\nOptimize platform reliability, performance, and capacity.\nApply FinOps practices: tagging, cost allocation, and cost optimization.\nDocument standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.\nCollaborate with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Governance, and Development teams to align platform decisions.\n\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of experience in Data Platform Engineering, DataOps, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.\nProduction experience with Databricks in enterprise environments.\nSolid experience with CI/CD and Git.\nHands-on experience with Terraform (or an equivalent Infrastructure as Code tool).\nCloud knowledge: IAM, service principals, secrets management, networking, and infrastructure automation.\nAbility to work autonomously, solve complex problems, and define technical standards.\nStrong communication skills to work with multiple teams across the organization.\nDegree in Engineering, Systems, IT, or related fields.\nTechnical English.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting).\nKnowledge of FinOps practices and tooling.\nExperience operating enterprise data platforms.\nExperience in banking, financial, regulated, or high-criticality environments.\nPerks\nRemote-first cultur e - work from anywhere!\n In-Company English Lessons.\nWellhub or sports club stipend to stay active\nAWS, DBT, Google Cloud, Azure & Databricks certifications fully covered\nFood credits via Pedidos Ya - because great work deserves great food.\n Birthday off + an extra vacation week (Mutt Week!
