Check out our case studies and dive into our blog post to learn more about our culture and the exciting projects we’re working on!\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business and operational decision-making.\nDevelop and optimize data models, datasets, and semantic layers using Databricks and SQL.\nDesign, validate, and automate data transformations to ensure high-quality, reliable reporting.\nCollaborate with Data Engineering and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs.\nMonitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and ensure consistency across dashboards and data sources.\nCreate and maintain documentation for dashboards, metrics, and reporting processes to support scalability and knowledge sharing.\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of experience building production data pipelines.\nStrong experience with PySpark, Delta Lake, and Medallion architectures.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, Notebooks, Data Pipelines, OneLake).\nStrong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, analytical queries).\nExperience building reliable, production-grade pipelines (backfills, reruns, monitoring, late-arriving data).\nFamiliarity with the Azure ecosystem (Blob Storage, Entra ID, Key Vault).\nAdvanced English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.\nPerks\nRemote-first culture - work from anywhere!
