Check out our case studies and dive into our blog pos tto learn more about our culture and the exciting projects we’re working on!\nResponsibilities\nPartner with cross-functional teams to define BI and analyticsrequirements\n\nInnovate with new tools to improve Mutt Data's infrastructure and processes.\nDesign dimensional data models and build scalable data pipelines\nDevelop data models to feed dashboards for teams across the org, as wellas client-facing analytics\n\nDevelop tools for the team and assist in tech migrations and model design.\nBuild scalable, high-performance data architectures.\nFocus on code quality-review, document, test, and integrate CI/CD.\nRequired Skills\nExperience leading and mentoring teams in Data projects, guiding technical decisions, and fostering team growth.\nProven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and align priorities across teams.\nExperience in Data Engineering, including building and optimizing data pipelines.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy, Jupyter).\nExperience working with any cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure or DBT).\nKnowledge of Docker.\nExperience with orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.\nFamiliarity with ETL processes and automation.\nNice to Have Skills\nExperience with stream processing tools like Kafka Streams, Kinesis, or Spark.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes.\nSolid command of English for understanding and communicating technical concepts (Design Documents, etc.).\nPerks\nRemote-first culture - work from anywhere!
