We're looking for a proactive, technically strong, and detail-oriented Senior Front End Developer to join our team . You'll work on a strategic project for one of our banking clients, designing and building robust, scalable, user-facing interfaces that support critical financial systems.

We're seeking someone who can bring strong front-end craft to our projects not just writing code, but thinking through UX/UI decisions and helping shape how our products look, feel, and work for end users.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, high-quality user interfaces for data products and internal/client-facing tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Back End teams to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
• Take ownership of UX/UI decisions, not just implementation - proposing improvements to usability, flows, and visual consistency.
• Work across the stack when needed, integrating front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
• Identify and fill gaps in the front-end architecture and component libraries across projects.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, maintainability, and best practices on the front-end side.
• Contribute to technical decisions around front-end frameworks, tooling, and design systems.
• Collaborate with multiple client teams, adapting to different tech stacks and product maturity levels.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Front End or Full Stack development.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles - able to make informed design decisions, not just execute mockups.
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces.
• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and state management tools.
• Comfortable working with REST/GraphQL APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote, client-facing environment.

Required Skills ( Nice to Haves)

• Back End experience (Python, Node.js, or similar) to support full stack work when needed.
• Experience with data-heavy applications, dashboards, or data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and working directly with designers.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Prior experience in consulting or multi-client environments, ideally in financial services or banking.
