We're looking for a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Developer to join our Low Code team and take ownership of Copilot Studio for one of the leading banks in Argentina, working hand in hand with its business areas to bring their use cases to production on Power Platform. Responsibilities

• Gather use cases with business areas and build them on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, end to end, from definition to production.
• Own the day-to-day operation of Copilot Studio: tickets, escalations, and meetings with business users.
• Monitor the operation of published agents, tracking usage, performance, and availability.
• Put governance around what gets built and published: standards, environments, permissions, and traceability.
• Unblock organizational obstacles (access, permissions, definitions) until each use case reaches production.
• Take part in evaluating alternative low-code tools and agent builders, and in migrating use cases when it makes sense.

Required Skills

• Experience building solutions on Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power Automate), with real use cases in production and real users.
• Judgment to compare tools and choose the right one for each case, rather than defaulting to a single vendor.
• Experience acting as the point of contact for a solution in front of business users, including ongoing support.
• A habit of proactively keeping the team informed about what's happening with business areas, without needing to be asked.
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical areas and translate them into a working solution.
• Experience working in corporate environments with controls, permissions, and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with other low-code tools or agent builders (n8n, Make, Dify, or similar).
• Experience governing or monitoring a Power Platform tenant (environments, DLP policies, CoE Starter Kit, Application Insights).
• Power Platform certifications (PL-200, AB-410, or AB-620).
• Scripting in Python or JavaScript to extend the tool.
• Experience in regulated environments.
