See our benefits and perks page for details.\n\nApplicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nDesign, develop, test, and support full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.\n\nBuild responsive, accessible user interfaces with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.\n\nDevelop scalable experience API services, REST APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Mulesoft, and related technologies.\n\nIntegrate applications with enterprise systems, data platforms, and event-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka, MuleSoft, and cloud services.\n\nCollaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.\n\nContribute to Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD delivery practices.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability, and continuously refine application performance, maintainability, and security.\n\nUse AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support modernization efforts\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nSeven or more years of experience in full-stack application development, or equivalent hands-on experience delivering production software.\n\nStrong frontend engineering experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI development practices.\n\nA strong focus on developing awesome user and customer digital experiences.\n\nStrong backend engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Mulesoft, and modern integration patterns.\n\nExperience with cloud-based application development, preferably AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and operational support.\n\nExperience with GitHub, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software delivery practices.\n\nAbility to analyze complex problems, make sound technical decisions, and balance quality, speed, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nA collaborative mindset, clear communication style, and willingness to ask questions, share knowledge, and support teammates.\n\nIntellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies, improve engineering practices, and drive outcomes forward.\n\nYou promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.\n\nAble to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.\n\nPREFERRED:\nExperience with Kafka, event-driven architecture, and MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio.\n\nExperience working in a SAFe Agile or similar scaled Agile environment.\n\nExperience working with CMSs like Contentful and orchestration platforms such as Camunda.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies.\n\nA passion for improving customer and user experiences through thoughtful design, clean architecture, and continuous delivery.\n\nThis role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.\nWe value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
