experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain technology solutions that support its financial and microfinance operations.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong software development skills and an understanding of financial workflows, including customer onboarding, loan processing, repayments, collections, and reporting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and fintech solutions.\n\nDevelop workflows for customer onboarding, loan processing, repayments, collections, and reporting.\n\nBuild and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party financial services.\n\nDevelop secure, user-friendly front-end and robust back-end systems.\n\nTranslate business requirements into practical technology solutions.\n\nAutomate and improve existing financial processes.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\nAt least 4 years of relevant experience.\n\nProven experience as a Full Stack Developer/Engineer.\n\nStrong front-end and back-end development skills.\n\nExperience with APIs, databases, Git, and software development lifecycle.\n\nExperience in banking, fintech, microfinance, or related financial services is highly preferred.\n\nGood understanding of financial systems and business workflows.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nIdeal Candidate\nWe are looking for a developer who can think beyond writing code and understands financial-sector challenges well enough to design and build practical solutions for a
