However, the common baseline is:\nA PhD in Physics, Engineering, Computational Science or a closely related discipline.\nAt least one year of postdoctoral research experience in a relevant scientific or technical field.\nA strong academic or research background, with practical experience related to at least one of the areas described above.\nThe ability to approach complex scientific and technical challenges with analytical thinking and an independent, hands-on mindset.\nFull professional proficiency in English.\nWillingness to relocate to Germany and work in a primarily on-site environment, with approximately one day of home office per week.\nCandidates are not expected to cover all the research areas.
