He / She acts as an interface between the company and distributors to drive strategic alignment and resolve (Sales, Service, Operation, Credit) outstanding issues. The role is also responsible for generating profitable sales revenue and increase operating income by broadening sales coverage, establishing new accounts, and providing total solutions to customers directly.\nResponsibilities\nAchieve sales target set for area of responsibilities.\n\nVisit and meet prospective customers in assigned industries to provide required services to solicit for orders and create new client accounts.\n\nNegotiation on tender, contract terms & condition and preparation of sales contract.\n\nPartner with our distributors to understand customer needs and transform opportunities to order.\n\nAggressively exploit the territory to identify & develop new business opportunities.\n\nReport sales activities timely and accurately, and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders, and competition.\n\nConduct & coordinate regular sales & product training, marketing activities, channel events and informal ad-hoc sessions.\n\nPerform business analysis (e.g., SWOT) for own territory market, collect information about competition, distributors, customer buying behavior, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields.\n\nSales experience with rotating equipment such as Vacuum, Blowers, Air Compressors,\n\nBenefits• Employee Insurance (Incl.
