hoursKey\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, configure and operate audio-visual equipment, including PA systems, microphones, speakers, mixers, amplifiers, projectors and display systems for live events and corporate functions.\nConduct pre-event testing, sound checks and system diagnostics to ensure all audio-visual equipment performs to required technical standards.\nMonitor and operate AV systems during events, identifying and resolving technical issues to minimise disruption and ensure smooth delivery.\nTroubleshoot faults relating to audio, signal flow, connectivity and equipment performance, implementing corrective actions where required.\nAssist with the installation, positioning and configuration of sound, lighting and presentation equipment in accordance with event specifications.\nMaintain, inspect and safely handle AV equipment, ensuring equipment is stored, transported and operated in accordance with company procedures.\nLiaise with event coordinators, clients and venue representatives to ensure technical requirements are fully met.\nAdhere to health and safety procedures when installing, operating and dismantling audio-visual systems and equipment.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience installing, configuring and operating audio-visual equipment in event, venue or production environments.\nKnowledge of PA systems, microphones, speakers, mixers, amplifiers, signal flow and audio system operation.\nExperience carrying out system testing, sound checks, fault finding and technical troubleshooting.\nAbility to interpret technical specifications and follow event production requirements.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage equipment safely and efficiently.\nGood communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in live event environments.\nAwareness of workplace health and safety requirements.\nAVIXA CTS training or other relevant Audio Visual qualifications would be advantageous.\n• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification would be
