ensure efficient production.\nInterpret engineering drawings, specifications and tolerances to manufacture precision components.\nCarry out first-off inspections and verify parts meet quality requirements.\nSelect appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters and production methods.\nOperate and support CNC turning and milling machines to achieve production targets.\nTroubleshoot machining, tooling and programming issues and implement corrective actions.\nUse measuring instruments including micrometers, vernier calipers and gauges to verify accuracy.\nMaintain accurate production and machining documentation.\nWork closely with production personnel to ensure components are manufactured safely, efficiently and to specification\nRequirements\nExperience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Machinist or CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with CNC turning and/or milling operations.\nKnowledge of FANUC controls and CNC machine setup.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and tolerances.\nExperience selecting tooling, cutting parameters and machining methods.\nAbility to use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and vernier calipers.\nStrong understanding of machining processes, quality standards and workshop practices.\nGood problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a busy engineering team.\n• Relevant qualification in Machining, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is
