Working closely with the business owner and café team, the role will focus on increasing brand awareness, audience reach and customer engagement through strategic content planning, digital campaigns and audience-focused marketing activities, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and implement social media and digital marketing plans aligned with Volumes’ business objectives, brand identity and target customer groups.\nPlan, create, edit and publish written, photographic and video content promoting the café’s products, seasonal offerings, coffee culture and customer experience.\nManage the social media content calendar and maintain consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.\nPlan and coordinate targeted social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience reach and customer engagement.\nResearch social media trends, customer preferences and audience behaviour to identify relevant marketing opportunities.\nMonitor social media activity, campaign performance and customer engagement using platform analytics and audience insights.\nAnalyse campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and support future content and promotional strategies.\nProduce digital marketing content for new products, menu launches, seasonal promotions, events and other business initiatives.\nEngage with online audiences and support digital campaigns, local collaborations and community initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging existing and potential customers.\nRequirements\nDegree or equivalent qualification in Journalism, Communications, Media, Marketing or a related field.\nPrevious experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, journalism, media production or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience creating and editing visual and video content for digital platforms.\nGood understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.\nUnderstanding of audience targeting, customer engagement and digital campaign performance.\n• Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling
