ensuring optimal machine performance and product quality.\nInstall, change and align tooling, fixtures and machine components for production runs and product changeovers.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and work instructions to ensure precise machine setup.\nMonitor machine performance and production output, making adjustments as required to maintain efficiency and quality standards.\nPerform first-off inspections, in-process dimensional checks and quality verification of manufactured components.\nSupport preventative maintenance activities, machine cleaning and tooling preparation in accordance with maintenance schedules.\nIdentify tooling, machine or process issues and escalate major repairs or technical concerns to engineering personnel.\nCarry out minor machine repairs, adjustments and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.\nMaintain production, engineering, quality and GMP records accurately and in a timely manner.\nAssist with commissioning, testing and setup of tooling for new products and production processes.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and operational efficiency\nFollow all Health & Safety, environmental and company procedures while maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area.\nSupport training activities and share technical knowledge with team members where required.\nContribute to shift handovers and communicate machine performance, production issues and quality concerns effectively.\nRequirements\nExperience operating and setting CNC machines, production machinery or manufacturing equipment.\nAbility to install, adjust and replace tooling, fixtures and machine components.\nExperience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.\nKnowledge of machine setup, process optimisation and quality inspection procedures.\nFamiliarity with measuring equipment and dimensional quality control techniques.\nUnderstanding of preventative maintenance principles and basic machine troubleshooting.\nStrong awareness of Health & Safety and manufacturing quality standards.\nGood communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.\nMachining, mechanical or manufacturing-related qualification desirable.\n• Experience in CNC programming or machining operations would be highly
