delivery and contract negotiation\n- Provide commercial support to procurement team ensuring at all time value for money\n- Negotiate with client ensuring adherence to MWHTs governance\n- Continuous review of commercial resource levels playing an active part in recruitment to ensure effective and efficient delivery\n- Support the Commercial Manager in providing contractual and commercial training to all staff in the region.\n- Support the Commercial Manager in review and continuous development of commercial processes and procedures\n- Undertake approvals and other processes in accordance with the MWHT authority matrix.\n- Deputise for the Commercial Manager as and when required.\n- Assist in the management and development of junior commercial staff\n- Collaborative work with the client to ensure business requirements are met\n- Maintain a positive and solution oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.\n- In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the department and MWH Treatment as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships.\n- Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate
