Whilst leading and developing a team towards planning excellence, you’ll ensure the project plan and programme are kept on track with any mitigating circumstances successfully overcome. By using your knowledge and expertise in planning, you’ll build the trust and confidence of key stakeholder by delivering project updates backed up by value- added data which can contribute to delivery improvements as we progress\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare and Monitor Plans:\nLead collaborative digital planning and production meetings to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with @one and AW requirements.\n\nLiaise with delivery teams to ensure consistency in methodology and outputs.\n\nProactively identify opportunities and risks and explore mitigation strategies.\n\nDevelop 4D animations of project plans to aid in digital rehearsal of construction.\n\nGather progress information and communicate effects on key dates, challenging the team to deliver on time.\n\nCommunication of Plans:\nAttend site regularly to gather program update information.\n\nCommunicate critical paths and key activities in team meetings.\n\nAdvise the team on priorities to prevent activities from becoming critical.\n\nAttend meetings as required and provide project-specific reports as needed.\n\nQuality of Plans:\nMaintain planning standards across @one and adhere to published processes.\n\nEnsure integrity of project plans and actively participate in driving best practices.\n\nEnsure alignment between plans and cost forecasts.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum five years of experience in large-scale projects within the Civil Engineering sector, preferably in the Water Industry.\nEssential experience with P6 (Primavera).\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nAttention to detail and ability to manage complex project plans effectively.\nCommitment to health and safety principles.\nSkills\nGraduate Civil -
