You will be responsible for supporting the full software lifecycle of multiple commercial off-the-shelf and custom applications, including both development and operational activities.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, actively contributing to development efforts while playing a key role in diagnosing and resolving production issues.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork with SMEs to build and support integrations between systems to meet requirements.\nTroubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and developing plans for resolution.\nIdentify and remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner.\nDesign, program, implement, test, install, and configure applications.\nWork in a team environment to support users and other technical staff.\nLearn business processes and adhere to company software, change management, and IT standards.\nConduct knowledge transfer sessions.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in computer science, electrical/computer engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of hands-on experience developing software and administering solutions within the Microsoft technology stack/ecosystem, including:\nWindows desktop/server OS\nSQL Server\nInternet Information Services\n.NET\nPower Platform\nActive Directory/Entra ID-based identity and access management services\nRelevant up-to-date Microsoft certifications related to the above technologies (preferred)\nKnowledge of common IT fundamentals related to networking and hosting that support rapid and sound solutions for systems deployed within complex environments.\nExperience working within an organization that enforces IT change controls.\nAbility to support a wide range of business functions by taking an interest in customer needs, understanding priorities, and communicating effectively.\nBenefits\nMWResource offers medical, dental and vision coverage through Florida Blue, short- and long-term disability coverage, employer paid life insurance, and participation in the MWResource 401K plan for US based consultants.\n\nThe base pay range for this role is being finalized.
