of assigned PPC accounts, ensuring adherence to MAG's standards.\nAudit accounts for inefficiencies, identifying gaps in performance, wasted spend, and missed opportunities.\nRover across accounts to support PPC Specs by auditing, optimizing, and providing actionable insights.\nManage accounts in accordance with client milestones, focusing on:\nSegmentation\nNegotiations\nSearch term utilization\nCoordination with PPC and SEO team\nProviding recommendations to Brand Management for conversions or account health issues affecting PPC performance.\nIdentify sales trends and drop-offs daily, prescribe necessary actions, conduct audits, and provide detailed write-ups to Brand Management\nAsana Updates\n\nPost proactive updates in Asana every four hours, detailing actions taken.\nAssign tasks back to PPC specialists promptly upon completion.\nIf reassignment is not immediate, post an action plan and estimated timeline for completion.\nCompliance with MAG Standards\n\nEnsure the use of MAG standards in daily account actions and milestones.\nCommunicate with Brand Management as needed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's story and goals before initiating work on the account.\nReporting and Communication\n\nProvide daily progress reports, emphasizing proactive audit findings and actions taken.\nCollaborate with the PPC and SEO teams, sharing insights and coordinating efforts for optimal account management.\nCommunicate effectively with Brand Management, providing a holistic overview of client needs and goals\nTraining and Coaching\n\nCoach and train PPC Specs on improvements, optimization strategies, and performance enhancements.\nSupport skill development through hands-on guidance and structured feedback.\nLead or assist in training sessions focused on improving PPC execution and audit quality.\nContinuous Learning\n\nIdentify gaps in workflows and improve processes to enhance efficiency.\nRecommend and implement process improvements across PPC auditing and account management.\nHelp standardize auditing practices and improve operational efficiency across accounts.\nSales Retention Strategies\n\nImplement daily actions to optimize account performance, following the outlined standards.\nCollaborate with the team to address and resolve any issues impacting PPC performance promptly.\nQuality Assurance\n\nConduct daily quality checks on deliverables, ensuring they align with MAG's standards and client expectations.\nProvide detailed write-ups to Brand Management on any account health issues affecting PPC performance.\nProblem Account Management\n\nIdentify and address account issues promptly, collaborating with the team for effective solutions.\nMaintain a proactive approach to managing client needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention\nCollaboration and Liaison\n\nLiaise with colleagues at MAG daily to coordinate efforts in serving clients effectively.\nCollaborate with the team to address and resolve issues promptly, fostering a culture of teamwork.\nRequirements\nAmazon PPC mastery experience required with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns\nProven experience auditing accounts for inefficiencies and identifying optimization opportunities.\nAbility to coach/train PPC Specs on improvements and best practices.\nExperience working in a rover capacity supporting multiple PPC accounts is highly preferred\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.\nExcellent communication and reporting skills.\nExperience with Asana or similar project management tools.\nStrong understanding of PPC structures, keyword strategies, and bid optimization.\nProcess improvement mindset with a focus on continuous optimization.\nAbility to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accountability.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented,
