This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who can independently build a creator network, execute campaigns, maintain strong relationships, and continuously improve results.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and reach out to influencers and creators who align with assigned brands.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with creators to support ongoing collaborations.\nNegotiate partnership terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines.\nCoordinate creator onboarding, product seeding, content submissions, approvals, and campaign requirements.\nManage creator communications and follow-ups to ensure deliverables are completed on time.\nMonitor creator activity and collaboration results to identify reliable, high-performing partners.\nMaintain an organized database of creator contacts, partnership details, and collaboration status.\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer relationship management.\nProven experience sourcing, contacting, negotiating with, and managing influencers or content creators.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.\nExperience coordinating creator collaborations and managing multiple relationships simultaneously.\nHighly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.\nFamiliarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.\nAbility to build and maintain a reliable network of creators for different brands and product categories.\nTechnical Requirements\nA computer with dual monitor setup is
