In addition to leading the operations team, they will actively pitch the MAG Creator Platform to prospective and existing clients and communicate the value of its services. By building strong creator relationships, ensuring campaign excellence, and driving platform adoption, they will contribute to revenue growth and elevate content quality across the portfolio.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Ownership & Roadmap\n\nServe as the primary business owner for the MAG Creator Platform, partnering with Lead Developer to guide roadmap priorities.\nTranslate business objectives into technical requirements and operational processes.\nMonitor platform adoption, usability, and ROI across 400+ brands.\nRecommend feature enhancements to improve creator experience, content quality, and performance tracking.\nCreator Partnerships & UGC Operations\n\nDesign and implement the end-to-end creator lifecycle: discovery, onboarding, proposals, approvals, content delivery, and payments.\nDevelop standards for creator quality, performance scoring, and tiering.\nBuild and nurture long-term relationships with top creators and affiliates.\nCreate guidelines for brand compliance, FTC disclosures, and usage rights.\nCampaign & Affiliate Strategy \n\nOversee all campaigns run through the platform: product seeding, UGC packages, sponsored posts, giveaways, and affiliate programs.\nManage affiliate structures (codes, attribution links, commissions) and ensure tracking integrity.\nAlign campaigns with My Amazon Guy’s 400+ brand portfolio, ensuring multi-brand visibility and ROI.\nTeam Leadership & Hiring\n\nRecruit and lead an operations team to handle creator support, campaign QA, and content moderation.\nEstablish SOPs for day-to-day operations: content review, performance reporting, and creator payouts.\nFoster a high-performance, data-driven culture within the team.\nAnalytics & Performance\n\nMonitor dashboards for platform KPIs: creator participation, campaign ROI, content approval rates, affiliate revenue, etc.\nProvide quarterly reports to leadership on platform impact and growth.\nIdentify trends in creator engagement, content quality, and conversion, using insights to optimize strategy.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\nWork closely with:\nLead Developer on feature builds, bug fixes, and integrations.\nCreative Strategists for ad briefs and content quality feedback.\nBrand Managers to align UGC and affiliate efforts with brand goals.\nFinance to ensure accurate creator payment processing.\nKey Metrics for Success\nGrowth of qualified creators onboarded and retained.\nCampaign ROI (affiliate revenue, content value, conversion rates).\nPlatform adoption across brands.\nContent approval rates and time-to-approve.\nOn-time and accurate creator payouts.\nUptime and feature delivery (in partnership with development).\nRequirements\n5+ years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate management, or UGC operations (agency or brand side).\nProven success owning programs or products end-to-end -
