We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve remarkable sales growth while ensuring their peace of mind.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct comprehensive CRO audits for internal-facing sites, including the main marketing site, hiring pages, lead magnets, and internal dashboards.\nAnalyze site performance using behavioral and quantitative tools to detect drop-offs, bottlenecks, and friction points.\nDevelop clear hypotheses and execute A/B or multivariate tests, ensuring rigorous QA and clean data collection.\nProvide wireframes or annotated mockups to communicate proposed changes to dev and design teams.\nOwn the setup, monitoring, and documentation of tests from concept to conclusion, summarizing learnings and impact.\nIdentify underperforming web pages and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.\nBuild and maintain a living CRO roadmap that outlines current tests, future opportunities, and backlogged ideas.\nReport performance insights regularly to leadership, highlighting what’s working and what needs iteration.\nReview and refine form designs, calls-to-action, and funnel flows to boost user engagement and conversion.\nPartner with copywriters and designers to refine messaging and layout based on user data and behavior.\nStay current with CRO trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools/tech to keep us ahead of the curve.\nHelp train or guide junior team members or collaborators as the CRO function grows internally.\nRequirements\nAt least 1 year of experience in CRO, digital experimentation, or UX analysis\nStrong understanding of basic A/B testing principles and user behavior analysis\nFamiliarity with GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools\nComfortable working within WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar web platforms\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail\nExcellent written documentation and communication skills\nProactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities\nExperience working in a remote or agency-style environment is a plus\nTechnical Requirements\nA computer with dual monitor setup is required\nComputer with at least 8GB of RAM\nMust have at least 25 MBPS internet speed\nCamera with at
