Our company’s goal is to grow sales while giving our clients the peace of mind that everything on Amazon is taken care of.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.\nMonitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health and stability, implementing strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency.\nIdentify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.\nEnsure compliance with all tax regulations and filings, collaborating with external tax advisors as needed to optimize tax efficiency.\nEstablish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.\nLead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
