Our company’s goal is to grow sales while giving our clients the peace of mind that everything on Amazon is taken care of.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport employee relations matters, including employee concerns, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.\nCommunicate and help implement HR, compensation, and benefits policies.\nAssist with payroll, time off, time adjustments, reimbursements, bonuses, gift cards, and pay-related concerns.\nProcess HR documents such as contracts, Certificates of Employment, payslips, offer letters, SLAs, and handbook sign-offs.\nMaintain accurate and updated employee records and HR CRM data.\nAssist with payroll and time-off reports, audits, and other HR reports.\nTrack HR projects, assignments, deadlines, and pending tasks.\nCoordinate with HR team members and follow up on tasks, concerns, and project roadblocks.\nAssist with employee training, HR projects, and other HR initiatives.\nGenerate employee-related reports and ensure HR data is complete and accurate.\nCoordinate with Payroll on PTO, benefits, and other employee-related data.\nRespond to HR requests and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.\nAssist in ensuring HR processes follow company policies and applicable requirements.\nRequirements\nPsychology graduate or graduate of a related degree\nAt least 6 months of HR-related experience or internship experience is acceptable\nAble to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism\nDetail-oriented and organized\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nWilling to learn and take on new HR tasks\nComfortable using basic spreadsheets and online tools\nReliable and able to follow HR policies and procedures\nHas the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, policies, and procedures, as well as adapt to changing priorities and environments\nTechnical Requirements\nA computer with dual monitor setup is required\nComputer with at least 8GB of RAM\nMust have at least 25 MBPS internet speed\nCamera with at least 1080p resolution\nBenefits\n40 hours a
