performance, conflict resolution, and policy guidance.\nInvestigate concerns, ensure legal compliance, and maintain accurate records and reports.\nHandle payroll, time-off, reimbursements, and compensation-related tasks.\nDraft contracts, manage promotions, raises, and employee documentation.\nOversee task delegation, monitor HR project progress, and ensure timely completion.\nMaintain confidentiality and respond to urgent communication promptly.\nManage and update the HR CRM system, ensuring employee data is accurate and accessible.\nCoordinate with Payroll and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.\nRequirements\nCollege Graduate (Psychology, Business, or any related educational field)\n1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions.\nUnderstanding of HR principles and basic HR software\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nCapable of identifying and proposing solutions to HR issues\nAccuracy in tasks such as data entry and
