develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.\nManage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.\nDevelop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows.\nDocument systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility.\nCross-Platform Integrations & Automation\nImplement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems.\nLeverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes.\nMaintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress.\nData, Analytics & Reporting\nAnalyze data and create charts, standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication.\nRemote Collaboration & Team Support\nCommunicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCollaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.\nProvide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required.\nActively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization.\n Onboarding & Knowledge Sharing\nTrain team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed.\nDocument and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity.\nSupport ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities.\nRequirements\nProficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python.\nExperience with GitHub and version control workflows.\nBasic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices.\nFamiliarity with front-end and back-end development and database management.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new tools and
