systems to support company strategies and improve efficiency.\nEmpower and train direct reports to manage systems and tasks independently.\nManage up to 8 direct reports (plus their teams), providing training, clear instructions, and consistent project oversight.\nConduct weekly 1:1s, team huddles, and staffing reviews; set hiring goals and maintain a skills matrix.\nLead with empathy and accountability-support staff while driving performance and results.\nAnticipate conflicts, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.\nCommunicate clearly-delegate down, report up, and keep leadership aligned.\nEnsure effective delegation, accountability, and follow-through on results.\nMaintain organized Asana boards, with a maximum of 50 active tasks.\nReview and QA deliverables to ensure accuracy and readiness before implementation.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\nAt least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.\nProven leadership experience managing and mentoring IT teams.\nDemonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.\nIn-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and enterprise software solutions.\nExpertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.\nFamiliarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar.\nStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nCertifications (preferred but not required): PMP (Project Management Professional), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or other relevant certifications.\nAbility to manage budgets and resources effectively.\nStrong understanding of business processes and how
