IT systems and processes.\nDocument IT processes such as business requirements, design reviews, system setup, configuration, user access, and security.\nWrite SOPs to ensure processes are well documented.\nCreate flow charts and other visuals to improve readability.\nReview and monitor documentation for accuracy and changes as needed.\nRespond promptly to requests for updates or new documents.\nStay up to date on IT system processes and trends.\nQA Tasks to ensure that tasks are error-free\nProactively contribute to providing strategies for training and upskill advancements\nAlways come prepared\nAssignments are properly actioned and handled per mag standards\nAct as a direct liaison between end users and IT, and help share knowledge in the org through documentation\nRequirements\n1+ years of experience in a similar role\nBachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or other relevant fields\nExceptional communication capabilities, both written and verbal\nAbility to multitask and prioritize\nProven ability to understand and write technical documents\nIn-depth knowledge of IT systems and processes\nProficient with Microsoft Office, G Suite applications, and computer security systems\nProficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.\nExpert in problem-solving, critical thinking, and an understanding of complex system dependencies\nTechnical Requirements\nA computer with dual monitor setup is
