Prior DTC experience is not required, but is a plus.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in planning, launching, and monitoring paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok.\nSupport in analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports.\nCollaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and test new ad creatives and messaging.\nHelp implement A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.\nParticipate in conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by tracking and documenting test results.\nAssist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to campaign management and reporting.\nSupport the integration of email marketing campaigns with paid strategies.\nConduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital advertising.\nContribute ideas for process improvement and creative innovation within the marketing team.\nMaintain a proactive learning approach to stay updated on the latest trends in performance marketing.\nLearning Opportunities\nGain hands-on experience managing real paid social campaigns.\nLearn how to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.\nExposure to creative strategy, media buying, and CRO processes.\nWork closely with seasoned marketers and gain mentorship from the Performance Marketing leadership team.\nUnderstand how paid and organic marketing work together in a DTC environment.\nRequirements\nDTC experience is a huge plus but not required.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nComfortable working with data and basic performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).\nBasic understanding of paid social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.\nCreative thinker with a willingness to test and learn.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nTechnical Requirements \n\nA computer with dual monitor
