strategies and best practices.\nManage and mentor a team of media buyers, creative specialists, and CRO experts.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence within the team.\nOversee recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.\nCollaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that drive user engagement and conversions.\nImplement A/B testing for creative elements, ensuring high-performing visuals and messaging.\nLead initiatives to enhance landing page performance, improve user experiences, and increase conversion rates.\nDevelop and test hypotheses for ongoing CRO improvements.\nEstablish and build scalable processes for creative production, paid search, and social media marketing campaigns.\nSOP creation.\nEnsure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, maintaining operational efficiency.\nMaintain active certifications on Meta and TikTok platforms.\nStay updated on emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing, social advertising, and conversion strategies.\nRequirements\n5+ years managing social ads with a strong focus on DTC/B2C campaigns.\n3+ years hands-on with Meta & TikTok Ads.\nExpertise in email marketing and multi-channel campaign integration.\nSkilled in CRO & A/B testing to boost conversions and landing page performance.\nStrong creative eye and copywriting ability for consumer engagement.\nActive Meta & TikTok Ad Certifications.\nProven leader with experience managing cross-functional teams.\nTrack record of building scalable workflows for creative and performance marketing.\nData-driven mindset with sharp analytical and optimization skills.\nExcellent communicator, highly organized, and results-focused.\nTechnical
