maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.\nManage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.\nDevelop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows.\nDocument systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility.\nCross-Platform Integrations & Automation\n\nImplement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems.\nLeverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes.\nMaintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google firewall, and two-factor authentication.\nRemote Collaboration & Team Support\n\nCommunicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCollaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.\nProvide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required.\nActively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization.\nOnboarding & Knowledge Sharing \n\nTrain team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed.\nDocument and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity.\nSupport ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities.\nRequirements\nProven experience in full-stack development or systems development, including front-end and back-end technologies.\nProficiency in WordPress and other CMS platforms.\nStrong understanding of IT procedures, system architecture, and security practices.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and data visualization tools.\nExperience with APIs, database integration, and automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable).\nExcellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration abilities.\nNice to have:\nExperience with
