strategies aligned with company goals.\nProvide direction and coaching to the social team to ensure high-quality output.\nOversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.\nManage and optimize social media ad campaigns, tracking performance and results.\nMonitor channels to maintain brand voice and deliver quality engagement.\nEnsure timely delivery of YouTube timestamps, WordPress content, and other assets.\nStay ahead of trends and implement innovative approaches to drive reach and engagement.\nCollaborate with managers and peers to align social strategies with broader initiatives.\nDrive accountability using Asana or other project management tools.\nLead team syncs, strategy sessions, and organizational meetings as needed.\nRequirements\n3+ years of proven leadership experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.\nExpertise in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.\nStrong creative and strategic thinking skills with a track record of delivering measurable growth.\nDemonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.\nSkilled in balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nKnowledge of social media advertising, campaign development, analytics, and performance optimization.\nTechnical Requirements\nA computer with dual monitor setup is required\nComputer with at
