Responsibilities\n\nTikTok Ads Management\n\nAssist in setting up, launching, and managing TikTok ad campaigns.\nSupport efforts in audience targeting, budget allocation, and ad scheduling.\nHelp monitor ad performance to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.\nCreative Development & Optimization\n\nCollaborate with the creative team to produce short-form, high-engagement ad content.\nConduct A/B tests on creatives, captions, hooks, and CTAs to identify winning variations.\nHelp optimize ad creatives to improve CTR, conversions, and overall performance.\nCampaign Analysis\n\nAssist in pulling reports and analyzing performance data using TikTok Ads Manager and related tools.\nIdentify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities based on KPIs.\nHelp maintain campaign documentation, tracking sheets, and performance logs.\nCross-Platform Media Support\n\nSupport campaigns on other platforms such as Meta Ads when needed.\nAssist in comparing performance insights between platforms for better strategic planning.\nCompliance & Best Practices\n\nFollow platform advertising policies and ensure all ads meet compliance standards.\nStay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad strategies.\nRequirements\nMinimal experience in digital advertising is acceptable.\nFamiliarity with TikTok Ads Manager or short-form media buying is a plus.\nMeta Ads experience is ideal and a strong advantage.\nTikTok Media Buyer Certification is preferred but not required.\nUnderstanding of basic marketing principles and digital advertising metrics.\nStrong creative instincts for trends, short-form content, and audience behavior.\nAbility to analyze data and communicate insights clearly.\nTechnical Requirements\nA computer with dual
