from casuals to shooters.\n What you’ll do:\n Actively engage and communicate with the community\n Manage social media groups\n Develop and increase activity on the Discord and Telegram platforms (including finding and configuring bots for server needs)\n Prepare, plan, and execute activations to boost activity on Discord and Telegram\n Recruit and manage teams of volunteer moderators\n Prepare, translate, format, and edit materials for social media and in-game resources (large volumes of text and visual content)\n Generate ideas for new publication formats, and develop and implement these ideas to increase platform activity\n Maintain a friendly and constructive atmosphere in our communities, and promptly address any conflicts\n Analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and generate regular reports\n Stay updated on new social media tools, community development trends, and best global practices\n What you need to succeed:\n Proficiency with Discord and Telegram\n Successful experience increasing and maintaining activity among Discord and Telegram server members\n Creative thinking, communicativeness, stress resistance, multitasking, responsibility, punctuality\n Experience working with volunteers (moderators) and maintaining their motivation\n Knowledge of user motivation and engagement systems\n Gaming industry experience, especially in the mobile game realm (strategy or collectible card games)\n Nice to have:\n Experience independently writing and integrating Discord bots\n What we offer:\n Work remotely from all around the world\n\n Collaborative working atmosphere in an internal game dev community that unites more than a dozen of internal game studios, crafting innovative experiences across mobile, PC, and console platforms\n\n A strong team of specialists across different areas -
