Currently encompassing two entities - one in Belgium and one in France - , the role is scoped internationally from the start.\nIf you enjoy combining hands-on execution with scale-up building in a fast-growing international SaaS environment, we'd love to meet you.\nYour impact\nYou'll ensure Harmoney has the financial insights, processes and controls needed to scale confidently.\nFrom owning the monthly closing process and cash management, leading the budgeting process to owning financial reporting, you’ll not only ensure accounting & tax compliance, but also provide leadership with clear insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the finance operations. Lead the monthly close, management reporting, audits and statutory compliance across entities in Europe (Belgium and France today). Manage relationships with external accounting and tax partners.\n\nDrive planning and forecasting. Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling revenue, P&L and cash flow forecasts to support business decisions.\n\nPartner with the business. Work closely with department leaders to monitor budgets, analyse performance and provide financial insights that improve decision-making.\n\nManage cash and financial performance. Oversee cash flow, working capital and banking relationships while supporting investor reporting and future fundraising initiatives.\n\nSupport strategic initiatives. Contribute financial analysis for pricing, investment decisions, expansion opportunities and M&A projects where relevant.\n\nBuild the finance function for scale. Help shape a best-in-class finance organisation that supports Harmoney’s growth. Improve and automate finance processes and systems, together with our business operations team.\n\nYou'll thrive in this role if you...\nYou have 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or FP&A supporting multi-country operations, preferably in a SaaS, technology or scale-up environment.\n\nYou combine a solid accounting foundation with strong analytical and business partnering skills.\n\nYou can translate financial data into clear business insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.\n\nYou enjoy taking ownership, improving processes and building scalable ways of working.\n\nYou are hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.\n\nYou have experience with modern ERP (eg. Odoo) and financial planning tools and enjoy leveraging automation and AI.\n\nYou are fluent in English.
