Tu interviendras également sur des projets techniques transverses et travailleras en méthodologie agile.\nMissions\nParticiper à la conception, au développement et à l’optimisation de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur l’application web principale de My Job Glasses.\nIntervenir sur des chantiers techniques structurants (refactorings, évolution de l’architecture, amélioration des performances, sécurisation des flux, etc.).\nParticiper aux cérémonies agiles (sprints de 2 semaines, daily, rétros, grooming) et travailler en autonomie sur vos sujets jusqu’à la mise en production.\nProfil recherché\n* Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en développement web Fullstack sur du **React JS** et du **Ruby on Rails** (forte appétence frontend)* Maîtrise des outils de développement IA (Agentique notamment)\n* Appétence pour le travail en équipe, bonne communication, proactivité\n* Sensibilité produit et UX/UI\n* Expérience en startup ou scale-up bienvenue\n* Bonnes pratiques de code : tests, lisibilité, robustesse, documentation\n* Culture technique forte : veille, partage, curiosité\n* Adhésion à la mission et aux valeurs de My Job Glasses\n* Français courant requis (tous les échanges internes/externes se font dans cette langue)\nCe poste intervient dans le cadre de projets sensibles réalisés avec des ministères régaliens.
