You'll work across the frontend (React/Next.js, TypeScript) and, depending on your background, the backend on AWS (Node.js, Python or Java).\nOur Tech Stack:\nFrontend:React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS\nBackend:AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB) with Node.js, Python and Java services\nTooling:GitHub, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Terraform\nKey Responsibilities:\nPublic Web Properties\nOwn the company and product websites end-to-end: CMS, hosting, CDN, domains, and uptime.\nDrive technical SEO and Core Web Vitals for all public-facing sites.\nEnsure public sites meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility (AODA) and privacy/cookie-consent requirements (PIPEDA, GDPR).\nCore Product\nDevelop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.\nCollaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement intuitive and scalable user interfaces.\nOptimize applications for speed and scalability, maintaining Core Web Vitals / Lighthouse targets and monitoring performance in production.\nEnsure code quality through best practices, code reviews, testing, and clean, well-documented code.\nDrive technical decisions for the web stack (frameworks, CMS, hosting, tooling) and mentor other developers.\nIntegrate with backend services and APIs to deliver a seamless experience.\nWork within our regulated medical-device software development lifecycle (IEC 62304), including documentation, traceability and test evidence.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n5+ years of professional web development experience, including 3+ years with React and TypeScript.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\nHands-on experience with Next.js (server-side rendering and static site generation).\nSolid responsive, cross-browser development and web accessibility (WCAG) skills.\nWorking knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals.\nExperience with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query).\nExperience integrating with RESTful APIs;
