We're growing fast and looking for a customer service professional to join our small, high-impact support team.\nYou'll be one of our frontline customer service agents, supporting car buyers, sellers, and private individuals across the full Cardom journey, by phone and email, from first inquiry through to after-sales. You'll join a lean team, so this is a role with real ownership and visibility from day one, including during high-volume periods like promotional campaigns.\nYour Mission:\nProvide phone support, answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, covering listings, transactions, financing, and general inquiries\nProvide email support, respond to customer inquiries and follow-ups through our support inbox with the same quality and turnaround as phone\nProactively call back customers who couldn't be reached the first time, so no inquiry goes unanswered\nHandle after-sales support, resolve post-purchase questions and issues to keep customers satisfied after the transaction closes\nTrack and process orders, monitor order status end-to-end and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment\nSchedule and coordinate vehicle inspection appointments for privately-owned cars listed on the platform, working with both the seller and the inspection team to keep things on schedule\nCommunicate and coordinate with vendors on availability, timelines, and issue resolution\nLog and track all customer interactions accurately in our systems for reporting and continuous improvement\nCoordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues end-to-end\nHelp maintain service quality during peak periods (promotions, seasonal spikes) alongside the rest of the team\nFlag recurring customer pain points to help improve the platform and processes\nRequirements\nWhat Spells Success: Your Qualifications\nPrior experience in customer service, call center, or a similar customer-facing role\nExcellent phone and written communication, clear, patient, and solutions-oriented across both channels\nComfortable juggling multiple workflows, support tickets, order tracking, and appointment scheduling without dropping the ball\nFluent Greek; working English is a plus (platform and internal tools are partly English-language)\nComfortable with basic CRM/telephony systems and process-driven ways of working\nAble to stay organized and calm during high call/email volumes\nA team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed in a small, fast-moving company\nNice to Have:\nExperience in automotive, marketplace, or e-commerce customer support\nKnowledge of or enthusiasm for the car industry\nBenefits\nExplore the Avis Perks:\nCompetitive salary package and bonus scheme\nHybrid work model\nHealth and life insurance \nPension Plan program \nA buddy will support you with your onboarding.\nOpportunity to work in a fast-growing industry with talented people\nTraining opportunities and a continuous feedback performance management system \nElevate your career!
