The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a high level of cybersecurity across the organization, while continuously improving security tools, processes, compliance activities, and information security governance.\nThe ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the other IT teams, actively participating in the continuous improvement of the security posture of the company’s information systems. The role will also involve supporting audit preparation, managing security documentation, and monitoring compliance with internal procedures and the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).\nYour Mission:\nMonitor security systems and collaborate in the investigation and handling of security incidents.\nParticipate in the management and operation of cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on network security technologies such as NGFW Firewalls, Traffic Segmentation Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, and Security Monitoring solutions.\nEvaluate the results of Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Tests and contribute to the planning and implementation of remediation actions.\nWork closely with the IT Infrastructure Department to ensure the secure operation of information systems.\nManage and participate in projects related to strengthening the security of the corporate IT infrastructure.\nPrepare and collect the necessary evidence for both internal and external IT audits.\nCollect, organize, prepare, document, and maintain audit evidence.\nDraft, review, and continuously improve information security policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, and documentation related to the company’s ISMS.\nMonitor the proper implementation of IT Department procedures (change management, access management, account management, infrastructure change documentation, etc.).\nMaintain and update information security-related documentation.\nRequirements\nWhat Spells Success: Your Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAt least 2 years of professional experience in Information Security, Network Security, IT Governance, or IT Auditing roles.\nExperience with IT audits and preparing organizations for internal and external assessments.\nGood knowledge and understanding of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent command of the English language.\nDesired Qualifications\nMSc in Information Systems Security or a related field.\nExperience with SIEM solutions or Security Monitoring tools.\nGood knowledge and hands-on experience with network security technologies (Firewalls, VPNs, Network Segmentation, IDS/IPS).\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Security or Azure Security.\nExperience managing and monitoring information security projects.\nKnowledge of documentation management tools.\nBenefits\nExplore the Avis Perks:\nCompetitive salary package and bonus scheme\nHealth and life insurance \nPension Plan program \nA buddy will support you with your onboarding\nOpportunity to work in a fast-growing industry with talented people\nTraining opportunities and a continuous feedback performance management system \nUnlock your full potential!
