Beacon exists to empower life across borders.\nTo learn more about working at My Beacon, please check out our careers page on our website\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn lifecycle marketing across the entire user journey, including onboarding, activation, engagement, reactivation, and winback by building and managing behaviour-triggered user segments in CleverTap.\nPlan and run campaigns across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp.\nBuild funnels and reports, using SQL and Metabase, to track campaign performance, analyze cohort behaviour, and identify drop-off points.\nTurn data into hypotheses, test them, and scale what works.\nWrite crisp, high-converting copy for campaigns, banners, and lifecycle messages, using both intuitive judgment and AI tools, including using AI to quickly generate banner creatives without waiting on a full design cycle.\nPartner with product and design on growth experiments.\nTrack and report on core growth metrics, including CAC, activation rate, retention curves, and LTV.\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong SQL skills, comfortable writing your own queries and building funnels and reports to read data independently.\nHands-on CleverTap experience (campaigns, segmentation, personalization, automation) or similar tools, along with a solid grasp of product analytics tools and how to read a funnel.\nSome lifecycle and email marketing experience, including building, segmenting, testing, and optimizing campaigns or a keenness to rapidly learn.\nSharp, critical thinking, with the ability to question your own results before you ship them, paired with a genuine growth mindset and a bias to test, measure, and iterate.\nExcellent copywriting instincts -
