You’ll have opportunities to work across the stack, learn new technologies, and take ownership of the work you’re responsible for.\nWe’re looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, and proactive - someone who doesn’t just complete a ticket, but wants to understand the problem and build the right solution.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain software across the frontend and backend.\nDevelop APIs, backend services, user-facing features, and integrations.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nDebug issues and help resolve production problems.\nWork with databases, AWS, microservices, and CI/CD.\nParticipate in code reviews and learn from other engineers.\nWork with Product and Design to turn requirements into working software.\nContribute to improving reliability, performance, security, and user experience.\nUse AI tools to improve how you code, test, debug, learn, and solve problems.\nTake ownership of your work and follow it through from development to production.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong programming fundamentals and experience building production software.\nExperience with Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language.\nFamiliarity with databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.\nExperience primarily in backend or frontend development is absolutely fine - you don’t need to be an expert across the entire stack.\nWhat matters most is your willingness to learn and grow across the stack. If you have strong fundamentals and the curiosity to expand your skills, we’ll help you get there.\nSomeone who enjoys solving problems and figuring things out.\nSomeone who is curious and genuinely enjoys learning new technologies and concepts.\nComfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning from others.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nA willingness to take ownership and make progress even when the solution isn't immediately obvious.\nFintech, banking, or payments experience is preferred, but not required.\nThe Mindset We're Looking For\nWe’re interested in what you do beyond your job description.\nHave you built an AI tool?
