execute the group-wide procurement strategy, aligning sourcing priorities with overall business goals.\nDefine procurement policies, standards, and governance frameworks applicable across all business units and regions.\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and value creation across the supply chain.\n2.Sourcing & Supplier Management\nLead strategic sourcing initiatives for major categories of spend (goods, services, capital expenditure, indirect procurement).\nBuild and manage a robust supplier base, ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.\nNegotiate high-value contracts and long-term supplier agreements, ensuring favorable commercial terms.\nEstablish supplier performance management frameworks, including scorecards and regular business reviews.\n3.Risk & Compliance Management\nIdentify and mitigate procurement-related risks, including supply chain disruption, vendor concentration, and compliance risks.\nEnsure procurement practices comply with relevant regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and internal policies.\nLead due diligence processes for new suppliers, including financial, ESG, and compliance checks.\n4.Cost & Budget Management\nDrive category management strategies to optimize total cost of ownership across procurement spend.\nPartner with Finance to develop procurement budgets, track savings, and report on procurement KPIs.\nImplement procurement analytics and reporting tools to track spend visibility and cost trends across the group.\n5.Team Leadership\nBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing group procurement team across strategic sourcing, category management, and operational procurement.\nEstablish clear roles, processes, and accountability across centralized and business-unit-level procurement functions.\n6.Stakeholder Partnership & Digital Transformation\nPartner with business unit leaders to understand sourcing needs and align procurement strategy accordingly.\nDrive digital transformation of procurement processes, including e-procurement systems and automation.\nRepresent procurement in cross-functional strategic planning and major capital investment decisions.\nRequirements:\nExperience 12-15+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing group/enterprise-wide procurement.\nProven experience negotiating and managing high-value, complex supplier contracts.\nExperience operating across multiple business units, categories, or geographies is strongly preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong strategic sourcing and category management expertise.\nExcellent negotiation skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost savings.\nStrong understanding of supply chain risk management, contract law, and vendor governance.\nData-driven approach to procurement decision-making, with experience using procurement analytics/e-procurement tools.\nStrong leadership skills with experience building and scaling procurement teams.\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong commercial acumen with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.\nHigh integrity, particularly given exposure to vendor negotiations and financial decision-making.\nResilient and adaptable, comfortable managing supply chain disruptions or crises.\nStrong
