Benefits Who Will Thrive With CCI? CCI isn't the kind of environment where every day follows the same script. We move quickly. We solve problems. We communicate. We help each other. And when something unexpected happens, because in interpreting something unexpected will happen, we focus on finding the solution. You’ll probably enjoy working with us if you: Notice a potential problem before someone has to point it out. Actually enjoy solving a complicated scheduling puzzle. Can communicate warmly while still getting the information you need. Understand that interpreters are not simply names on a roster and that strong relationships with our resources matter. Can have ten things happening and still recognize which one needs attention first. Are comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and suggesting better ways to do things. Take ownership of your commitments and follow them through to completion. Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a busy remote team. Like working with people who take the work seriously without making the workplace painfully corporate. Why CCI? At CCI Group, interpreting is ultimately about people. Our clients depend on us to make communication accessible, and our interpreters depend on us to provide the information, coordination, and support they need to deliver excellent service. We are a collaborative, resourceful team that values communication, accountability, creativity, problem-solving, and people who aren't afraid to jump in when things get busy. For the right person, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced language services professionals while making a meaningful contribution to interpreting operations across a variety of clients, industries, languages, and service types.
