efficient and sustainable business growth.\nResponsibilities\nOversee and manage the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient daily business performance.\nEstablish and implement operational structures, procedures, policies, and service standards to improve efficiency and consistency.\nAssess staffing needs and lead the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of employees.\nDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, improve customer retention, and drive business growth.\nMonitor sales, revenue, expenses, inventory, purchasing, and operational costs to improve profitability.\nEnsure excellent customer service and promptly address customer feedback, complaints, and service issues.\nManage staff scheduling, task allocation, performance evaluation, and team development.\nMaintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, workplace safety, and overall customer experience.\nIdentify operational challenges and take initiative to implement effective solutions and improve business performance.\nCoordinate kitchen, restaurant service, and bar operations where applicable to ensure consistent service delivery.\nMonitor business performance and prepare regular reports on sales, staffing, expenses, operational efficiency, and areas for improvement.\nEnsure compliance with established procedures, company policies, and applicable health and safety requirements.\nProvide leadership and direction to the team while promoting accountability, teamwork, and a professional working environment.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.\n2-5 years of relevant experience in restaurant management, hospitality operations, or food and beverage management, preferably in a management or senior supervisory role.\nProven ability to oversee overall restaurant operations, establish effective systems, and improve business performance.\nDemonstrated experience in team leadership, staff recruitment, training, and performance management.\nGood understanding of sales growth, inventory management, purchasing, cost control, budgeting, and profitability.\nAbility to develop and implement practical strategies to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue.\nStrong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to take ownership of responsibilities, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage multiple operational priorities.\nA proactive, hands-on, business-minded, and results-oriented approach to restaurant
