With new products and derivatives launched every year, you’ll work in an environment that thrives on \"what's next.\" Our clients are in major industrial sectors including data centers, aerospace & defense, medical, microwave & RF, and 5G wireless.\nThe Material Controller I supports a variety of functions within the Supply Chain, with primary focus on the inventory management needs of the company. Interacting with all levels of the organization, self-starters with high energy, attention to detail, proficiency in material control and warehousing, along with related systems transaction capabilities will excel in this role.\nKey Responsibilities \nMaintains safety at all times\nUnloading and receipt of shipments using various material handling equipment\nTransfer and put away of inventory to assigned locations\nKitting of components for manufacturing work orders\nReplenishment of inventory at the point of use on the manufacturing floor, (aka Water Spider)\nRoutine cycle counting and participation in periodic physical inventories\nPicking, Packing, and Shipment of customer sales orders\nProcessing of customer and supplier returns\nMovement of materials throughout the facility\nMaintains inventory stores to ensure compliance with 6’s standards\nExperience and Qualifications\nAssociates degree or minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\nAbility to utilize a variety of material handling equipment, including, sit down fork lift, stand up high reach, cherry picker, manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, hand truck\nIndependent worker who can assess needs and determine priorities\nHigh level of attention to detail while operating in multi-tasking environment\nAbility to lift packages weighing up 35 pounds\nExposure to Lean Manufacturing concepts.
