We continue to grow within an expanding range of industries, and the Pattern Generator (PG) division holds a unique position in the market as the world's leading supplier of laser-based mask writers for photomask manufacturing, which, in turn, are used to produce high-resolution displays and semiconductors. For any high-resolution display produced in larger volumes that you see, whether it is a TV, phone, tablet, or smartwatch, Mycronic’s machines are a critical part of the manufacturing process. Our product portfolio also includes inspection machines that help ensure the quality of the photomasks used in display and semiconductors manufacturing.\nIn this role, you will be part of our R&D team Metrology and Process Control Group (PMCD), which currently consists of 12 team members working within pattern design, metrology, cleanliness, and data analysis.\nWork tasks\nTechnical Project Leadership\nLead technically demanding customer demonstrations and development activities from concept to implementation.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities with production, quality, metrology, R&D, suppliers, and customers.\nDrive technical decisions, manage priorities and risks, and ensure successful delivery.\nMentor colleagues and contribute to the development of engineering competence within PMCD.Lithography Process Ownership\n\nOwn and continuously improve lithography processes to ensure process capability, stability, yield, and product quality.\nDefine and maintain process specifications, operating procedures, and engineering standards.\nLead root-cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.Advanced Process Control (APC)\n\nDevelop and implement APC strategies using statistical methods, SPC, DOE, and other data-driven approaches.\nAnalyze process and metrology data to identify sources of variation and define opportunities for improvement.\nDefine and monitor relevant process KPIs and drive improvements in process robustness and performance.Process Development & Technology Innovation\n\nLead the development and qualification of new lithography processes, materials, and equipment.\nDesign and execute experiments to optimize processes and support technology development.\nTranslate research and emerging technologies into robust, scalable manufacturing solutions.\nWe are looking for\nThis is a role for you who enjoy combining scientific understanding with practical engineering to develop robust, data-driven solutions that create long-term value.
