regions\n\n===========\nResponsibilities:\nManage day-to-day HR operations for employees and contractors across multiple countries\n\nDraft, issue, and maintain employment contracts, addendums, HR letters, and employee documentation\n\nOwn and improve onboarding processes to ensure all new hires are set up correctly and professionally\n\nBuild, maintain, and update HR policies, handbooks, and internal people procedures\n\nEnsure HR practices align with relevant labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal company standards\n\nBring specific expertise in Philippines labour law, while also supporting HR administration across other international markets\n\nMaintain organised and accurate employee records, HR files, and compliance documentation\n\nSupport payroll administration by preparing and checking employee data, changes, deductions, and supporting documentation\n\nReview and manage payslip-related administration and employee HR records\n\nHandle probation documentation, confirmations, extensions, notices, warnings, and other employee lifecycle documentation\n\nSupport leave administration, attendance-related HR matters, and employee status changes\n\nAct as an HR point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day people matters across the business\n\nCoordinate offboarding documentation and final employment administration\n\nHelp create more structure, consistency, and scalability across global HR operations as the company grows\n\n===========\nRequirements:\nWork 6 days/week\n\nWork 10 hours/day\n\nRead 2 books/month\n\nStrong hands-on experience in a HR Manager, HR Generalist, or People Operations role\n\nExperience supporting HR operations across multiple countries / international teams\n\nStrong working knowledge of Philippines labour law and HR compliance\n\nExperience handling onboarding, contracts, policies, employee records, and HR administration\n\nExperience supporting payroll processes, payslips, and employee documentation\n\nStrong attention to detail and high standards for organisation and accuracy\n\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication\n\nAble to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, performance-driven business\n\nComfortable building process, improving structure, and solving operational gaps\n\nAble to
